Excellent

Condition Description:

Very good

Condition Description:
The item is in great shape with only minor signs of use or age. It has been gently used and well cared for.

Details:

  • Fully functional with no significant damage.

Good

Condition Description:

We do not accept returns for purchases made in our shop.

We aim to provide detailed information and pictures about our preloved fashion items to ensure you are fully informed before making a purchase.

Exceptions for Online Purchases

Store Credit: In the rare event that we grant an exception, we will provide store credit instead of a refund.

Return Window: The item must be returned within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for store credit.

Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Sell & Consign

We’ve made it simple, secure, and worth your while. Below you’ll find everything you need to know: from how consignment works, to what you’ll earn, how shipping or pickup is arranged, and when you get paid.

How does the consignment process work?

Once you submit your item online or in-store, our team evaluates it for authenticity and condition. We agree on a fair selling price, then handle everything: from styling and photography to marketing and customer service. Once it sells, you receive your payment within 2 weeks.

What percentage do I earn from my sale?

  • Handbags: 70% of the selling price
  • Accessories and clothing: 50%
  • Needs Love items: 60%

These percentages are what you receive, no hidden fees.

What happens if my item doesn’t sell?

We keep your item for a standard 3-month period. If it hasn’t sold by then, we offer it at a 20% discount to help it find a new home. You can also choose to collect your item, but note that an administrative fee of €75 applies for early returns before the 3-month period ends.

When and how do I get paid?

You’ll be paid via bank transfer within 2 weeks after your item is sold.
