In-Store Purchases
No Returns We do not accept returns for purchases made in our shop.
We aim to provide detailed information and high-quality images of our preloved fashion items to ensure you are fully informed before making a purchase. We encourage you to carefully inspect and consider your items before finalizing your purchase.
Store Credit In rare cases where an exception is granted, we offer store credit instead of a refund.
- Return Window: The item must be returned within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for store credit.
- Processing Time: Store credit will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item in its original condition.
Online Purchases
Right of Withdrawal For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts the day after you receive the goods.
- Notification: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. You can do this via our withdrawal form or any other explicit statement.
- Return of Goods: After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the goods. All costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Refund/Store Credit: We will issue store credit within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of the return shipment, whichever is earlier. The store credit will include the cost of the goods and the initial standard delivery cost.
Condition of Returned Goods Please handle the goods with care. You may inspect the items to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning as you would in a physical store. If the goods are handled beyond this, you may be liable for any diminished value.
