The process online is easy:

  1. Submit your item: Fill out our form.
  2. Get a free label: We'll send you a prepaid Bpost shipping label.
  3. Ship it: Drop your item at a Bpost point or bring it to our store.
  4. Review: We evaluate authenticity and agree on a price for your item.
  5. We sell it: Your item is professionally styled and promoted to sell.
  6. You get paid: Within 2 weeks after the sale.

  1. Bring your bag: Bring your bag into one of our store locations.
  2. Evaluation: We'll assess its condition and authenticity.
  3. Finding a price: We'll agree on a fair price together.
  4. We handle sales: We'll market and sell your bag for you.
  5. You get paid: Within 2 weeks after the sale.

We offer two easy options if you prefer to sell from home.

• Request a free shipping label and drop off your item at a nearby Bpost point.

• Or book our pick-up service: our expert comes to you to collect luxury bags, accessories, or clothing pieces.

Whichever option you choose, we take care of the rest.

  • Consignment conditions

    • Standard consignment period: 3 months
    • Early return? €75 administrative fee applies
    • Unsold after 3 months? We’ll check in and adjust where needed.
  • Payout Percentages

    • Handbags: 70% of the selling price
    • Accessories & Clothing: 50% of the selling price
    • Items that need some love: 60% of the selling price

    Payment is made within 2 weeks after your item is sold.
